Courage

Courage is the state of mind which enables one to face dangers with confidence. God is the Christian's ultimate source of courage ( Psalm 27:1; Philippians 4:13; 2 Timothy 1:7; Hebrews 13:6).

Psalm 27:1: "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
2 Timothy 1:7: "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
Hebrews 13:6: "So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me."
